Vendor events have been cancelled until May - we will keep you posted as we go. We are still fulfilling mail orders; our liver treats will be out of stock very soon until further notice.

You will find attached informative posters about the COVID-19 and your pets; we are sharing useful websites in case you didn't already see them.

PET FACTS COVID-19 from Veterinary Angels Medical Center

1. Can my pet get COVID-19?

There is no evidence that pets are becoming infected with COVD-19. The CDC and World Health Organization have stated that there are no reports of pets or livestock becoming ill or spreading the COVID-19 in the USA at this time.

2. What should I get for my pets?

During quarantine you should make sure you prepare a kit with at least 2 weeks worth of food and 1 month's supply of your pet's medication and pet emergency items.

3. What do I do with my pet if I get sick?

Pets should not leave quarantine unless you are forced to separate. Pet should be washed prior to entering new home for care or facility. This will help eliminate contact germ transfer from infected owner.

4. What paperwork should I have for my pet?

In any disaster it is advised to keep all medical records, microchip number, emergency contacts for care and vaccination certificate.

5. Should I avoid my vet, groomer or parks?

Veterinarians are taking all precautions. If pets are sick drop off to limit exposure to others and wash your hands. Avoid dog parks and any other unnecessary pet areas at this time to limit your contact with people.

6. Remember!

Although your pets can't get it, they can spread it! Germs can be carried on any surface. Avoid contact with others and other pets. Avoid kissing, wash your hands prior to and after playing with your pet.
